Remote & IRL
Our workplace strategy fosters connection and collaboration in person, but also supports flexibility for our people. We encourage employees who live less than a 1-hour commute from a Real Chemistry office to go in at least two days per week. And we provide the opportunity for our regional teams to connect once a quarter for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Hybrid and Regional Teams approach, or HART.
Flexible time off
We believe time off is important to build a successful career. And we provide ample opportunity to relax and reset through our flexible policies. Time off policies do vary by region. Here are some examples below.
US Employees receive Flexible PTO, Paid Safe and Sick leave and a hybrid approach to work. At Real Chemistry, we observe an average of 9 paid holidays each year and we close for winter break between December 25 and New Year’s Day. *Holidays and winter break schedules do vary by region and business unit.
UK employees receive annual leave, which is 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and one extra for Juneteenth. All in addition to closing for winter break between December 25 and New Year’s Day.

Each year, we welcome students from Universities all over the US to join our Summer internship program and answer a brief. Working closely with their managers as mentors, the intern teams present their pitch to leadership. Every department and discipline from software development to creative to account gets a chance to shine. Applications are currently closed, but check back in the spring for internship opportunities.
