Using AI to Transform Healthcare Messaging
The Challenge
When global influenza vaccination rates began to decline, one leading healthcare company turned to Real Chemistry to find a smarter, faster way to connect with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Traditional message testing can take months, but in a world where public health depends on timely, trusted communication, that pace wasn’t fast enough. The goal: reimagine how vaccine information could be shared—making it persuasive, accessible, and motivating.
Our Solution
We infused advanced AI models with more than 230,000 real-world data points, spanning social conversations, public health trends, and expert commentary, to generate message concepts tailored specifically for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
To predict which messages would resonate most, we used an AI-powered Audience Proxy, a simulation designed to mirror how HCPs think, act, and decide by capturing the clinical, emotional, and behavioral drivers behind their communication preferences.
We then validated those predictions through real-world testing with physicians and in nearly 90% of cases, the same messages were chosen, proving our agent didn’t just reflect how HCPs think, it predicted what they’d choose.
Outcome: Actionable insights in a fraction of the time
In just a matter of days, the team moved from ideation to actionable messaging — a fraction of the time of traditional asset testing.
The outcome was more than just efficiency; it was evidence that AI can transform how healthcare organizations communicate, helping them speak with greater confidence, agility, and impact. By blending human insight with predictive intelligence, Real Chemistry helped redefine what’s possible in healthcare communication, making message development not just faster, but smarter, scalable, and more attuned to what truly drives connection.
